Come and join the KCBIA for Live MADness! 3 days of Music, Art and Dance filling the downtown streets.

Thursday
–  Paint the Town Planter Painting Party!

We will be Painting the Town. The Spring Festival is headed to the 100 block of Victoria Street on Thursday, May 10 this year with the first ever Communities in Bloom Planter Painting Party, Live Music and Celebrations. From 11am to 2pm, artists will be on location brightening up our 5 big beautiful planters from flat black. At the same time we will also have chalk art and live music playing at the tent. We are encouraging 100 block businesses to open their doors, bring out samples, have a sale and join in on the festivities.

Friday
– Paint the Town Mini Murals & Music!
We are foregoing Flower Friday this year because of the close proximity to Mother’s Day so in lieu of flowers we will be hosting artists along the 200 block of Victoria Street who will be out painting mini-murals. From 11am to 2pm, artists will be on location painting big, beautiful murals on canvas, creating awesome chalk art and playing live music. Businesses are encouraged to open up their doors and join in the festivities any way they can!

Saturday
