City of Kamloops Parking Information
Parking Information and places to park in the Downtown core
We have compiled a list of easy and convenient parking locations here in the Downtown core as well as compiled some general parking information.
City of Kamloops (Street parking and lots)
In the downtown core you may park at these locations:
Any meter in the downtown area up to 2 hours maximum
400 Lorne Street Parking Lot $55 per month or $4 per day
500 Lorne Street Parking Lot $40 per month or $4 per day
Heritage House Parking Lot $55 per month or $4 per day
Interior Savings Center Parking Lot $55 per month or $4 per day
West End Riverside $55 per month or $4 per day
Monthly Parking Passes
Anyone requiring a monthly parking pass at one of these lots may purchase a permit at City Hall’s Community Safety and Enforcement reception desk.
Parking Meters

Any other questions regarding parking downtown may call 828-3407.

Impark has monthly parking available at the following lots:
- 339 St.Paul Street – Coast Canadian Inn (50 new spots)
- 359 St.Paul St. (next to Erwins)
- 444 St.Paul St. (next to Impark office)
- 520 St.Paul St. (next to the medical building)
- 400 battle St. (next to the YMCA)

Christmas Cash Card Winner
Congratulations to Kathy Hill from Kamloops, BC who was the lucky person who won the 2011 Downtown Kamloops Cash Card Contest.
Kathy won $1000 in Downtown Gift Certificates courtesy of the KCBIA and Kamloops Daily News. After receiving the wonderful news she came right Downtown and headed straight for Castles & Cottages to get herself a new frying pan.

2011 Santa Claus Parade
Thank you for attending the most fabulous celebration of the year… the annual Kamloops ChristmasTown Santa Claus Parade! This is the city’s biggest outdoor winter celebration of the year and we are inviting all residents, businesses, organizations and groups to come out and help us celebrate in style.
TV Air Dates - The 31st Annual Santa Claus Parade will air on CFJC TV 7 December 3 – 12 noon, December 4 – 6pm, December 25 – 6pm.
